STIR FRY MUSHROOMS IN LEMON OYSTER SAUCE(ASIAN)(TRIED AND TESTED)

STIR FRY MUSHROOMS IN LEMON OYSTER SAUCE              

INGREDIENTS

1)1 CUP MUSHROOMS CUT INTO QUARTERS
2) 2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED GARLIC
3) FEW CHILLIES CHOPPED(OPTIONAL)
4) 4 TABLESPOONS OYSTER SAUCE
5) A LITTLE WATER
6) 3 MUSHROOMS CHOPPED VERY SMALL
7)1/2 LEMON JUICE SQUEEZED
8)PINCH SALT AND VERY SMALLPINCH CASTOR SUGAR
9)SPRING ONION GREENS FOR GARNISH

METHOD

1)HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN WOK AND FRY GARLIC TILL GOLDEN
2)ADD MUSHROOMS(NOT CHOPPED MUSHROOMS)
3)STIR FRY AND LET GARLIC MERGE WITH MUSHROOMS
4)ADD OYSTER SAUCE,SALT AND SUGAR AND STIR FRY TILL MUSHROOMS ARE WELL COATED.ADD WATER IF TOO DRY
5)NOW ADD  CHOPPED MUSHROOMS AND TASTE FOR ALT.
6)SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE AND SERVE WITH SPRING ONION GREENS ON TOP
